  • Employee support: You are the point of contact for our approximately 100 German and English-speaking colleagues in all personnel-related matters.
  • Personnel administration: You will create and process our employment contracts, job descriptions based on templates, contract amendments, terminations, certificates and all other HR-related documents. You will also keep track of absences and maintain HR master data.
  • Reporting: You will regularly create reports for the management.
  • Point of contact: You will also be the reliable point of contact for authorities, managers and our external payroll office.
  • Salary statements: You prepare and check the salary statements in collaboration with our external payroll office.
  • Controlling: You keep an eye on expenses in the personnel area.

  • Further development of accounting routines and digitalisation
  • “PLUS”: financial planning, controlling and documentation of processes
  • Supporting the management in financial management by providing business analyses and recommendations for action
  • Accounting and auditing of public grants and subsidies
  • Clarification of commercial law and tax issues in close cooperation with external partners

The opening hours are 07:30 to 17:00.

Our staff are Montessori teachers or are currently training for their diploma. Hot lunches are provided by an organic catering company.

The bilingual Montessori Kinderhaus Lichtenberg is located at Mole 3, near Ostkreuz. Around 60 children aged 1-6 years are cared for in different groups on several floors (Nestgruppe-Kinderhaus). The opening hours are from 7am to 5pm/6pm.

The children play and learn in a German-English speaking environment. They are in constant contact with our immersion specialists and are thus introduced to the foreign language in a playful way.
A smooth transition to the first class of our bilingual Montessori school is part of the concept.
Our staff are Montessori teachers or are currently training to become certified. Hot lunches are provided by an organic catering company.
