Who we are:
Montessori & Friends Education gGmbH is an independent organization that currently operates seven Montessori children’s houses (daycare centers) in Berlin and Potsdam, as well as the International Montessori School in Berlin-Wannsee. Our goal is for the children entrusted to us to live and learn in a self-determined way, according to their level of development and at their own pace, with joy and interest. In doing so, we pay attention to the child’s holistic development. Diversity and inclusion are particularly important to us – in the team as well as with the children. In our children’s houses, we offer a fully equipped and prepared environment according to Montessori quality standards. We look back on over 20 years of experience and are constantly growing.
The bilingual Montessori Kinderhaus Wannsee cares for 30 children aged 2.5 to 6 years. The Montessori Kinderhaus Wannsee is located in close proximity to the campus of our International Montessori School (IMS).
The children play and learn in a German-English environment. They are in constant contact with our immersion teachers and are thus introduced to the foreign language in a playful way.
